    Prof. (Dr) Vinay Rana has vast experience in the Hospitality Industry, Academics, and Research, spanning over 28 years. Indian Hospitality Congress has conferred the "Aspiring Researcher Welcome Award" to Dr Rana for the year 2015-16. In the year 2016, he received the "Educator of the Year Award 2016" by the International Society for Hospitality Education and he is also the recipient of "The Global Hospitality Leadership Award 2018", "The Academic and Research Excellence Award 2019," and 'The Global Hospitality Award 2019 (-Best Mentor in Hospitality Education), felicitated at International Conferences.

He has worked with various international hotels including Shangri-La, New Delhi, Radisson MBD, Noida, and other prestigious institutions. He has received a grant of two product-based patents on designing bar types of equipment.

    Dr Abhay Chamoli, an Assistant Professor in the School of Hospitality Management, with an experience of 16 years, has published four kitchen and bar equipment patents. He is a certified "Food Handler" with a Diploma in Food Safety and nutrition along with HACCP (FSC) Certification (FSM S) From London (UK). He is a life member of the "Chefs Association of Five Rivers" (Punjab) along with "The Indian Federation of Culinary Associations" and "The World Association of Chefs' Societies."

He has published and granted patent, research papers in Scopus indexed, UGC CARE journals and has attended FDPs from AICTE ATAL, Amity University etc and done online courses from IIT Kanpur, IIT Madras, AICTE etc.

    Mr Sukhwinder Singh Pasricha is a multilingual, dynamic training and development specialist with two decades of experience, carrying a postgraduate degree in Hospitality and an alumnus of the Oberoi Centre for Learning & Development (OCLD). An amateur naturalist who understands the various flora and fauna around us and its importance to our lives and the future of the same that must be safeguarded with utmost priority.

He attained his advanced education from Flair-mania Institute, and through his passion, he has successfully achieved levels 1 and 2 from Wine Spirit Education Trust. As a connoisseur, he was co-founder of Wine Zone Media a digital platform on YouTube dedicated to bartending. He is a great skilled hand behind the bar and has a charming personality ideal for customer service, other than this he has a certification as Dons of Tequila, National Finalist 2015, UAE. Mr. Jeet is consummate. A bartender is in love with his craft.

Chef Rahul Wali has a Graduate Diploma in Gastronomy from Le Cordon Bleu, Adelaide, South Australia. He is a Life Member of the Indian Culinary Forum and a life member of the Chefs Association of Five Rivers in Punjab. He runs cooking classes for school kids and adults, gives lectures on healthy eating, and writes a blog on food. He is an avid supporter of the "Slow food movement" and personally teaches parents and kids not to have fast food. Being a dedicated trainer by nature, Chef Rahul Wali has constantly involved himself in developing and training many young talents through his experience.
