Republic Day Celebration

IMS Unison University has celebrated the 74^th Republic Day on 26^th Jan 2023 with full of zeal and enthusiasm. The Republic Day ceremony was started with the tribute to war martyr on Shaurya Diwar and the goddess Saraswati as the day was also being celebrated as Basant Panchami according to Hindu mythology at 9 am. Thereafter sharp at 9:05 am flag hosting was done by the vice chancellor of the university Brigadier (Dr) Srinivasan Morapakkam(Retd). Following this the national anthem was sung in honour of the nation. The republic day address was given by the Brigadier (Dr) Srinivasan Morapakkam(Retd) where in he talked about the national integrity and importance of brotherhood among citizens for the well-being of the society. Followed these cultural performances was given by the students of the university which showcased their patriotism towards the nation. Finally, the event was concluded by the distribution of sweets at central plaza at 9:30 am.
