· In the series of Internal Faculty Seminar, on 3rd December 2022, a seminar was organized by School of Law on the topic “Climate Justice: An Unevenly Variable Concept in the Environmental Jurisprudence ”. This Seminar was in continuance of Internal Faculty Seminar held on 28th November 2022. This Seminar enabled the faculty to understand the concept and demand of Justice which is varying unevenly amongst different stakeholders. In the Seminar, the topic was presented by Mr. Ashutosh Kumar, Assistant Professor, School of Law. He explained the how concept of Justice is varying and in some cases it becomes irrelevant. He focused upon various issues and complexities associated with Environmental Justice. He also emphasized upon the subjectivity of 'Environmental Justice' while correlating the same with sustainable development. Finally, he summed up his presentation with conclusion of how history has divided us and nature is pushing us to unite for solution which is just and fair for everyone.
