“BEAT THE HEAT,” IN-HOUSE MOCKTAIL COMPETITION @ SOHM

SoHM, IMS Unison University organized an in-house Mocktail competition “Beat the Heat "for its foundation batch students on 23/03/2021.After a successful two months of physical classroom and practical session, students showcased their efforts in this competition.

Students participating in the event, in a team of two, were : Sweta & Kiran, Shreya & Piyush, Aijajul & Arya, Sriju & Arjun, Pravesh & Abhishek Singh, Abhishek Joshi & Anuj Joshi. 

Students were judged based on recipe, glass used, temperature, garnish, method, cleanliness & grooming. Some of the mocktails made by students were Virgin Bloody Mary, Virgin Blue Lagoon, Virgin Mojito, Virgin Pina colada, Virgin Shirley Temple, and Choco latte.  

Competition was judged by Dr. (Prof) Vinay Rana-Dean SoHM, Mr. Amit Traiyal-Assistant Professor, SoHM, Chef Devashish Pandey- Assistant Professor, SoHM.  

Kiran Bhandari & Sweta Kumari of MHM 2^nd Semester won the competition.
